In a hospital environment, the quality of food and dietary services has a direct impact on patient comfort and recovery. As COO of Mr. Johnny Care Services (I) Pvt. Ltd., I personally visit all our units regularly to ensure that every kitchen is operating exactly as per our standards. On-ground monitoring, interaction with staff, and understanding real-time challenges allow us to make immediate and effective improvements. Whenever I observe any discrepancy — whether in hygiene, portioning, documentation, or service flow — corrective actions are taken on the spot, and follow-ups are strictly maintained. Our aim is not just to run kitchens; it is to run them responsibly, transparently, and with a sense of accountability. Each meal served must reflect care, precision, and trust. I am proud of our team who works with dedication and professionalism, and we will continue to strengthen our systems, enhance training, and raise our standards with every passing day.
