As Head of Operations for Dietary and Food Services, I am committed to ensuring that our kitchens uphold the highest standards of hygiene, nutrition, and compliance. We continuously learn, train, and adapt so that each meal served truly supports the patient’s recovery and well-being. Our effort is to not only meet expectations but to exceed them through consistency, compassion, and accountability. With every hospital we partner with, our aim is to build a system that is reliable, transparent, and genuinely patient-focused. We further strengthen our quality by strictly following all FSSAI norms, guidelines, and maintaining every standard with discipline and sincerity.
